How To Do A Gall Bladder Function Energy Flow: (Left Side)
- Place your left hand on middle left-side of the back of your neck, and place your right hand on the area above your right eye-brow. Hold for 3-5mins, longer if possible.
- Place your right hand on middle right-side of the back of your neck, and place your left hand on the area above your left eye-brow. Hold for 3-5mins, longer if possible.
- You have completed a full gall bladder function energy cycle.
- It is recommended that you take the time to do a left and right side gall bladder function energy flow once a day; this will assist you to release your anger and frustration, and invite in clarity, fresh energy and optimism.
Quick Tip: When in doubt - just hold your middle fingers for 3-5 mins each. Longer if you have time. You can safely practise 60mins of JSJ per day.
