Jin Shin Jyutsu is a Japanese based hands-on modality, comprising of a series of 'flows' designed to improve your circulation, promote healthy organ function and harmonize your body; leading to a more balanced body, mind and soul.  These flows are specifically designed to bring relief from the effects of dis-ease or 'disharmony' within the body.  This is 60 minute session, relaxes the physical body, soothing your nervous system, prompting emotional wellness, which leads to a healthy mental state of being.
